Monitoring
FSVP asks you to re-evaluate a supplier promptly when new information comes to light. Monitoring will watch your suppliers every day and email you when FDA adds or removes an import alert listing, refuses a shipment, classifies an inspection or issues a letter.
Questions
Is the record an FSVP evaluation?
No. It is the evidence for one part of it: whether the supplier is the subject of an FDA warning letter, import alert or other compliance action (21 CFR 1.505(a)(1)(iii)(B)). Your qualified individual still evaluates the hazards, the supplier's practices and the verification activities. What FSVP asks for
Why pay when the search is free?
The search shows you the facts. The record is the document for your file: dated, with what was searched, what was found and not counted, and a place to sign.
What if the supplier has no FDA records?
The free search tells you so, and there is nothing to buy: a record is offered only for a firm FDA has records on.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the record will not download, or if it is about a different firm from the one you bought it for because we linked records wrongly. Write to hello@supplierbrief.com within 30 days. Terms
